Common Questions

Shipping & Harvest Details

Our shipping and harvest guidelines provide immediate answers regarding our annual October harvest, temperature-controlled transit, and culinary partnerships. If your question is not listed, use our form to reach the estate directly.

When does the olive oil ship?

What is the polyphenol count?

We ship immediately after the October harvest and bottling. All orders are sent via temperature-controlled transit to preserve the unadulterated freshness of our oil.

Our early-harvest Nocellara typically ranges between 500-600 mg/kg of polyphenols, printed directly on the label of the current limited run.

Do you offer culinary partnerships?

Can I modify my order?

Yes. We partner with select restaurants and boutique grocers who share our dedication to single-estate olive oil. Contact us for wholesale pricing.

Because we bottle and ship in a single limited run, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make any adjustments.
